React w Accuracy Improvement (challenge 4)

I ignored challenges 1-3 but implemented a solution for challenge 4 by modifying the interval period to account for pausing

Was there another issue with accuracy that could have been addressed in cases where the user never pauses the timer?

incorporated zero-padding and challenge 1 (update browser tab title w time remaining)

incorporated challenge 2 (allow user to set custom notification/alert message) decided to do challenge 3 (multiple timers) in a separate codepen I will submit separately
