If I were actually submitting this for PR I would have cleaned it up a bit more, but I was trying to stay under the 2-hour limit requested, so I'm submitting it in its current form. I haven't worked in CodePen in a while, so I had to acclimate myself to that environment. It took me a bit of time

I have a lot of commentary on my thought process in this, but the description is cutting me off. I am submitting this as part of an application, will there be another space to add more commentary?
